Drawings from family photographs, c. 2006.
With some spare time at hand, I’ve been enjoying looking back on old work and came across this drawing project I did in 2006 working from old family photographs. I grew up not knowing or having a relationship with either of my parents family and I wanted to reflect the obscurity of these figures in searching portraits.
